I need a sponsor to give me working visa to US,can you give guidance to get one.?

I am Interior Designer working here in Bahrain for 4yrs now & 3 years experience in Philippines in the same field. I really wanted to work with Ethan Allen company as a Sales Interior Designer because i have previous work experience on that position.
